1/2 c. mayonnaise( do not use Miricle Whip)
1/2 c. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. minced shallots or green onion(white part only)
2 T. minced parsley
2 large or 3 medium ripe tomatoes, cut in 1/2 inch slices

Directions:
Preheat broiler. Combine all ingredients except tomatoes in a small bowl and blend well. Gently spread mixture about 1/4 inch thick on tomato slices. Broil 4 inches from heat until lightly browned, about 2 or 3 minutes. Serve immediately.
