8 sq. unsweeted choc.
2 c. sugar
1 c. evap. milk
2 tbsp. strong blk, coffee
dash salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate in top part of double boiler over boiling water. Add 2 C. dugar and mix well. Cover and cook over boiling water for 30 minutes. Add evporated milk, coffee, salt and vanilla. Beat until thick and smooth
