3 carrots, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed

28 ounces of diced tomatoes (roasted garlic)(including liquid)
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans navy beans (drained and rinsed)
16 oz. bag of chopped spinach
2 T. chopped parsley
2 T. chopped basil
salt and pepper taste

Simmer 30 minutes, then add 1 c. orzo and simmer until orzo is cooked.
