3 C. flour
2 C. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 C. oil
4 eggs
1/4 C. orange juice
21/2 tsp. vanilla
3-5 apples
2/3 C. sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice apples. Mix in bowl with cinn, and sugar. Mix other ingredients in seperate bowl. Mix in about half apples. Arrange other half with cinn and sugar on bottom of bundt. Pour in batter. Bake at 325 for 1 1/2 hrs.
