4 eggs slightly beaten
1/3 c. carmel ice cream sundae topping
dash of salt
1 tsp. rum flavoring (vanilla)
21/2 C. milk, scalded

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat to 350. 2. Blend eggs and 1/3 C carmel, salt and vanilla. 3 Gradually stir in milk. 4. Place 1 tsp. of carmel topping in 6-8 custard cups. 5. Pour custard over the carmel. 6. Place cups in 13x9 pan 7. Pour very hot water into pan to 1/2 inch from tops of cups. 8. Bake 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean
To Make Custard...
9. Remove cups from water
10. Chill in cups for 3 hours
11. Run knife around and dip bottom into hot water
