1 c. self-rising flour
1 egg
1 t. garlic salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. self-rising meal
1 t. salt
1 med onion

Directions:
Directions:
Blend dry ingredients. Add egg and blend until lumpy. Add buttermilk. Let set 1/2 hour. Fry.
