2 1/2 ibs tart apples (granny smith)
2/3 to 1 C. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinn.
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Wrap into bowl in ref. Divide in 2 top/ bottom 9 in. pie plate (deep dish). Add 1/2 apples. Sprinkle with sugar/cin. mix. Add rest of apples. Brush top with heavy cream, Bake 400 for 50-60 mintues. Lay foil on top.
