1-1/2 c. flour
1/2 t. salt
2 eggs
1 t. vanilla
1/2 c. sour cream
1 t. soda
1 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, soda and salt. Combine sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla. Beat 1-1/2 minutes. Add bananas, sour cream, nuts and dry ingredients. Beat 1/2 minute. Bake in greased loaf pan for 1 hour at 350 (or until done)
