2/3 c. margarine
1-1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1-1/2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 t. salt
4 T. milk
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream margarine and sugar; add eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add flour mixture and milk to creamed mixture. Fold in bananas, nuts and vanilla. Pour into 8x13" greased pan or muffin tins. Bake at 350. Loaf 45-50 minutes. Muffins 25 minutes. Makes 2 dozen muffins.
