1 pie crust
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup pecan halves
1 cup white vanilla chips
3 eggs
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup corn syrup
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon grated orange peel

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400.

Layer cranberries, pecans and vanilla chips in crust.

In bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, corn syrup, flour and orange peel. Pour over cranberry mixture.

Bake 35-45 minutes. Cool completely, about 2 hours.
