1 cup boiling water 1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter 4 eggs 1/8 tsp salt
Boil water in medium pan. Add butter. Once butter is melted add flour and salt. Add eggs, quickly, one at a time. Dough will begin to pull away from sides of pan. Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 450º Bake for 15 min. Turn oven down to 325º. Bake for an additional 25 minutes Fill with your favorite filling or whipped cream mixed with powder sugar and vanilla
