2 cups water
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 lb small or med shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 bricks Ramen noodles - Oriental flavor
1 cup green onion, cut in 2 in. pieces

In a large skillet or wok combine water, ginger, soy sauce, pepper, garlic and 1/2 of a packet of seasoning from the ramen noodles. Bring to a boil. Add Ramen noodles (broken up) shrimp and green onion pieces. Boil 5 minutes, (stirring occasionally to separate noodles) or until shrimp is pink and noodles are tender. Pour into a casserole/serving dish. Garnish with additional green onion pieces and some lemon slices.

I usually place the casserole/serving bowl in the oven to warm it up while preparing this dish. Keeps it hotter longer.
