3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. oil
1 tbl. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
2 c. flour
1 tbl. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans
Mix sugars together. Add oil, vanilla, zucchini, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder (in order).
Pour into loaf pans and cook about 1 hour.
