Crust:
2 Cubes Butter Softened
1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
2 Cups Flour
Beat until mixed and press into a 9x13 pan. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 Minutes, or until golden brown.

Filling:
Beat 4 Eggs and 2 Cups Sugar until thick

Then Add:
1/2 to 1 tsp. lemon rind, grated fine
6 - 8 Tbl. Lemon Juice
4 Tbl. Flour

Directions:

Pour filling over crust and bake an additional 15-20 minutes @ 350. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar, cut into bars.
