1/2 Lb. ground pork
1 T. fresh ginger
3 T. cilantro
3 T. Hoisin Sauce, divided
15 Won Ton wrappers
3 cans chicken broth
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork with the ginger until it is crumbly. Add the cilantro and 2 tablespoons of the hoisin sauce. Mix well and set aside.
Place your won ton wrappers in a damp towel.One at a time, remove them and place a ball of the ground pork mixture in the center. Fold at the angle and seal the edges. Repeat this process until everything is used up.Bring the broth and the remaining hoisin to a boil. Put about 1/2 of the dumplings into the boiling broth. cook for 4-5 minutes or until dumplings float to the top. Remove from the broth and cook the other batch of dumpling. Remove the dumplings and add the mushrooms and green onions. Cook until the onions a just done. Add the pork dumplings back into the soup and bring up to serving temperature
