1 lb ground beef
1 can (16 oz) refried beans
1 cup biscuit mix
1/4 cup water
1 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375.

Grease pie plate.

Cook ground beef; drain.

Mix beans, baking mix and water. Spread on bottom and 1/2 up side of pie plate.

Top with beef, salsa and cheese.

Bake 30 minutes.
