3 large mangos, 2 large tomatoes, 1 large white onion, 3/4 cup "Thick-n-Chunky" mild tomato salsa, 1 1/2 limes, 1/2 large lemon, 1/4 cup Italian parsley, 1/4 cup curly parsley, 1/2 cup cilantro, 2 jalapeņos, 1 Tbs sliced jalapeņo peppers (canned,packed in vinegar), 2 cloves garlic, salt.
Peel mangos and chop into 1/4 in. cubes. Chop tomatoes into 1/4 in. cubes. Peel and finely mince white onion. Mince two cloves of garlic. Combine all four ingredients in a large bowl. Add the "Thick-n-Chunky" salsa from a store bought jar. Add the lemon and lime juice. Stir well. Add all the parsley and cilantro. Chop the jalapeņo slices and chop very fine the 2 fresh jalapeņos. Add peppers and salt to the bowl. Stir all ingredients together and chill.
