3 lbs red potatoes
2 pkgs boursin cheese
1 pint heavy cream
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potaoes thinly and layer in a baking dish.

Salt and pepper each layer.

Melt cheese and cream in a saucepan.

Cover potatoes with melted cheese and cream
bake 1 hour at 400.
