2 - 1lb snapper filets
1 t. seasonings salt for fish, Page
1/4 white wine
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Season the fish and place on foil . Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with wine.Broil about 2 inches from heat until it turns white. Watch close. Keep brushing it with the butter and sprinkle with the wine. Sprinkle with slivered almonds if desired and serve.
