1/3 cup flour
pinch salt
2 1/2 cup coconut
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350. Line 2 baking sheets with waxed paper then grease the paper with oil.
Sift flour with salt and add coconut and mix in large bowl.
Pour in sweetened condensed milk add vanilla stir together from the center. Continue stirring until batter is thick; mix thoroughly.
Drop by heaping tablespoons 1" apart.
Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Variation: make smaller into bite size.
Dip into melted semi-sweet chocolate.
