1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup honey
2 cups stuffing mix for chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken; cook 8 minutes on each side. Move chicken to side of skillet.

Add juice, nuts and honey to skillet. Stir in stuffing mix to moisten; cover. Cook on low heat 10 minutes.
