1 pint oysters
1 qt. half and half
2 T. butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the liquor form the oysters and put it in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil and skim. Add the oysters and simmer until the edges start to curl. Add the half and half and bring up to serving temperaturekk.Add butter, salt and pepper.
