1 5-oz yellow rice (seasoned)
1 8-oz. carton sour cream
1 can mexi-corn
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 med onion, chopped
1 can water chestnuts, sliced (optional)
1 can bone chicken (optional)
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice according to directions. Mix with other ingredients. Melt 1 stick margarine in long casserole dish and all ingredients. Cook uncovered at 350 for approximately 25 to 30 minutes. Top with grated cheese and crumbled bacon. Return to oven to melt cheese.
