1 lb. confectioners sugar
8 T. butter, softened
4 T. bourbon
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
12 oz. chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the sugar, butter, bourbon, and pecans until well combined. Shape into 1 inch balls and refrigerate for 1 hour. Dip each ball into melted chocolate and let harden overnight.
