25 T. butter
2 c. sugar
1 T. light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Butter a 15 x 10 inch pan with 1 tablespoon of butter. Set aside. In a 3 quart saucepan, melt the remaining butter. Add sugar, corn syrup and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until candy thermometer reads 295 degrees. Quickly pour into prepared pan. Let stand at room temperature until cool. Melt chocolate in microwave. Spread over cooled toffee. Sprinkle with pecans. Let stand 1 hour. Break into bite size pieces.
