12 cups natural air popped popcorn
1 can dry roasted salted peanuts
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine popcorn and nuts in large buttered roasting pan and set aside. In a heavy bottomed saucepan combine the chocolate chips, syrup, and butter. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mix boils. Pour syrup over popcorn and toss with wooden spoon quickly to coat. Bake at 300 degrees stirring frequently for 30-40 minutes. Cool slightly in pan. Remove to wax paper lined serving plate.
