1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 1/2 c. dry flaked coconut
12 oz. chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Directions:
In heavy bottomed saucepan heat syrup to bubbling. NOT BOILING! Add coconut and stir. Let the coconut mixture set for 2 or 3 hours off heat. Wet your hands with warm water and roll into balls. Air dry the candy for 45 minutes on waxed paper. Dip balls into melted chocolate and place on waxed paper to cool and harden
