3 c. sugar
1 T. light corn syrup
1/2 c. crushed pineapple well drained
1/2 c. heavy cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. marshmallow creme
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn syrup, pineapple and cream in a well buttered heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over low heat stirring constantly. Continue cooking until candy reaches soft ball stage of 236 stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add butter. DO NOT STIR! Cool until saucepan feels lukewarm. Add vanilla. Beat until candy begins to thicken. Fold in nuts and pour into a buttered 8 x 8 inch pan. It will lose its glossy appearance and become very creamy. Cool and cut into squares.
