2 lbs. squash (steamed), drain
2 slices bread, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
small onion chopped
2 eggs
1 - 1 1/2 cup grated cheese
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour into tightly greased casserole dish. Bake 30-40 minutes.
Can be topped with crackers if desired (1 sleeve - Ritz - crumbled and 1 stick butter melted and mixed together, spread over top)
