12 corn muffins
1 large green pepper (chopped)
1 medium onion (chopped)
2 tomatoes (diced)
2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup celery (chopped)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl break up corn muffins. Add mayo, green pepper, onion and celery.
Fold in tomatoes, salt & pepper.
Fry until crisp. Drain. Sprinkle over top of salad. You can add bacon bits.
