1 cn cut green beans
1 sm bottle of olives, sliced
1 cn bean sprouts
1 sliced bell peppers, onion, celery
1 cn English peas
1 cn water chestnuts

Marinade:
1-1/2 c. oil
1-1/2 c. white vinegar
2 T. salt
1-1/2 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1 T. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinated ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Pour over vegetables (drained). Refrigerate for several hours.

For a non-fat marinade, combine 6-oz can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed, equal amount water and 1/2 c. cider vinegar.
