4 c. water
1 t. salt
1 c. grits
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1-1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 lb. ground sausage, browned

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, grits and slat in boiler and boil for 20 minutes. Add butter/margarine, and cheese. Mix and add eggs and milk. Fold in sausage. Pour into greased 8" sq. casserole dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 325. (Can microwave).
