4-5 lb. baby-back pork ribs
1 t. salt
2 T. butter or margarine
2 T. brown sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. soy sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped onions
1/2 t. dry mustard
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. lime juice (2 limes)
1/2 t. cayenne pepper
3 T. garlic wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place ribs in large sauce pan; cover with water. Add 1st t. salt. Cover and simmer about 45 minutes; drain. In small saucepan, melt butter or margarine. Add onion; cook until tender but not brown. Blend in brown sugar, salt and dry mustard. Stir in catsup, pineapple juice, lime juice, soy sauce and other ingredients; cook 10 to 15 minutes. Grill ribs over charcoal with hickory until tender. Brush with sauce frequently during last 5 minutes of grilling. This sauce can be doubled or tripled as needed. Also, cayenne pepper may be left out if desired. Bon Appetit!
