1 1/2 c. Graham Crackers crushed (20 squares)
1/2 c. sugar divided
6 T. melted butter or margarine
12 oz. of cream cheese, softened
2 T. milk
1 c. thawed Cool Whip
2 c. boiling water
1 package Strawberry flavored Jell-o
1 1/2 c. cold water
2 cans mandarin orange segments, drained

Directions:

Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. sugar, and butter. Press firmly into the bottom of 13x9 Pyrex. Set aside. Beat cream cheese, remaining 1/4 c. sugar, and milk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread over crust and refrigerate. Make Jell-o according to directions in a separate container. Stir in mandarin oranges. Once Jell-o is set, spoon over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate and when ready to serve top with Cool Whip.
