2 pounds chicken breasts
1 (8oz) bottle French dressing
1 envelope onion soup
1 cup Apricot or Orange preserves
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken, in a 13x9 inch baking pan. Combine dressing, soup mix and preserves; mix well.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear; halfway through cooking time, spoon sauce over breasts. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desires
