2 Carrots, sliced
2 Onions, sliced
2 ribs celery, sliced
1 3-lb. whole chicken
2 t. salt
1/2 c. water, chicken broth or white wine
1 t. basil
1/2 t. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put veggies in crock pot. Top with whole chicken. Top with seasonings and liquid. Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
