1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Cup Butter
2 1/2 Cups Flour
1 Egg
1 Tsp Soda
1 Tsp Cream of Tartar
1 Tsp Vanilla

3 oz. Pkg Cream Cheese
4 Tbsp softened Butter
1 Tsp Vanilla
Dash Salt
2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together sugar and butter. Add the egg and mix. Then add flour, cream of tartar and soda. Add vanilla. Flatten out into a 6 - 8 inch circle and place between wax paper and refrigerate and chill at least 20 minutes. Roll thin and cut. Bake at 375 for 7 - 8 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Frosting: cream together cream cheese, softened butter. Beat in vanilla and salt. Gradually add powdered sugar; blend in well.
