1 tablespoon butter
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (1 lb 4 oz) package hash-brown potatoes
1 package frozen broccoli ( 10 oz)
1 can condensed cream of chicken dijon soup
1 1/4 cups milk
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400.

Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with cooking spray.

Melt 1 tablespoon butter in skillet. Add chicken breasts; cook 6-10 minutes on both sides.

In medium bowl, combine 1/2 of hash browns, the broccoli, soup and milk; mix well. Spoon into sprayed baking dish. Top with chicken.

In another bowl, combine remaining hash-brown potatoes, cheese and 2 tablespoons butter; mix well. Sprinkle potato mixture over top.

Bake at 400 for 50-60 minutes.
