1 tablespoon oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin bite-size pieces
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup fresh baby carrots, quartered
1 small onion, cut into thin wedges
3/4 cup uncooked orzo
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup water
1 (15 oz) can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 (14 1/2 oz) can chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and garlic; cook and stir 3 minutes. Add carrots and onion; cover and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring once.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer 12-15 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed an orzo is tender.
