6 cups cooked long grain rice
1 Pkg Slice Fresh Mushrooms or 1 Can
3 Eggs, scrambled
1 Large Onion, chopped
12 - 15 Fresh Shrimp cubed or Canned Shrimp
2 Diced Boneless Chicken Breast
2 Cup Cubed Ham
Kikoman Soy Sauce
Oil
Garlic Salt

Directions:
Cook Rice and set aside. In a small frying pan scramble eggs and set aside.. Pour small amount of oil in frying pan at med heat, fry onions, mushrooms and diced chicken. Add ham and shrimp. Season with salt & pepper and garlic salt to taste. Set aside.

Pour oil to cover bottom of dutch oven. Heat oil and slowly add rice. Stir constantly and add soy sauce until rice is light brown.

Add meat mixture and scrambled eggs. Heat thoroughly with cover and stir occassionally.

Can make without chicken or shrimp, just vary recipe on what you have available.
