1 8-oz carton sour cream
2 lbs. red or green grapes
1/4 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sour cream and brown sugar. Add grapes. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. Serve on lettuce. Serves 8-10

I haven't seen this recipe in years. When I was in college my voice professor prepared this salad as a dessert. He put them in beautiful lead crystal champagne glasses and put a ribbon around the stem. It makes a beautiful end to a formal dinner and is so easy to prepare.
