1 lb. mild Cheddar Cheese
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 can chopped chilies/jalapeños to taste
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble cheeses in pan. Sprinkle chopped chilies or jalapeños on top. In blender mix egg and flour. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes. Cool slightly before cutting into squares. Great. I serve this with chili or as an appetizer.
