2 lb. White Fish Fillets 1 tsp. Salt
1 C. Flour 1 tsp. Paprika
1 tsp. Baking Powder 1 Egg
1 C. Beer

Directions:
Directions:
Combine dry ingredients; stir in egg and beer. Cut fish into serving size pieces. Heat cooking oil in deep fryer to 375. Dip fillets in batter and fry about 5 min. until golden brown and crispy. Serves 4-6.
