1 lb. grated cheese
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. mayonnaise
strawberry preserves
1 sm. onion, grated
black pepper to taste
dash of cayenne

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Mold in ball; press down in center. Place in refrigerator until chilled. When ready to serve, fill center with strawberry preserves. (Good also as cheese spread without preserves).
