4 egg yolks
5T. sugar
4 drops vanilla extract
2 8 ounce containers mascarpone chesse
cocoa powder
1 1/2 c. very strong coffee
5 T. Grand Marnier
2 5 ounces boxes ladyfinger cookies
1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and 4 T. sugar. Add mascarpone cheese and beat until thick and creamy. Carefully fold in whipped cream with a spatula. In a seperate bowl, mix coffee, vanilla, grand Marnier and 1 T. sugar. In a large glass bowl (or individual wine glasses) layer lady finger cookies soaked in coffee mixture. Top with layer of cheese mixture. Repeat each layer. Sprinkle top with cocoa powder. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
