10 Eggs
1/2 c. Flour
1 t. Baking powder
1/2 t. Salt
1 pint Cottage Chesse
1 Lb. Jack Chesse-grated
1/2 cup Butter-melted
2-4 oz. cans of diced green chilies(drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Then flour, baking powder and salt. Add cheese and butter. Stir in chilies. Put in 9/13 pan and bake @ 350 for 35 mins. Bake until top is lightly brown and center is firm.

Top with slices of avocado, sour cream and salsa.
