1 head romaine lettuce
18 oz. package of frozen peas, thawed
1/2 of red onion
6 hardboiled eggs
1/2 lb. crumbled bacon
3 cups mozzarella cheese
16 oz. ranch dressing

Layer spinach, romaine, onion, peas, eggs, bacon, cheese, and dressing. Refrigerate 2-4 hours before serving
