4 bags of Columbo crutons
1 lb. of butter
1 large onion
6 stalks of celery
3 cloves of garlic
1 bunch of parsley
2 large cans of Swanson Chicken broth
3 - 4 eggs
Poulty Seasoning
Pepper
Paprika
Salt - to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan melt 1 cube of butter. Pour into large pan of dry croutons. Mix. Chop onion, celery, parsley and garlic, and saute in 1/2 a cube of butter. Set aside. Add chicken broth to crouton mix until moist. Add poutlry seasoning, paprika and pepper until really well seasoned. Then add sauted vegetables, and mix through until the mixtures is a paste like dough, with no hard croutons. Next add 3 eggs mix thoroughly. Melt remainder of butter in incriments and fry stuffing in parts just until a light brown. Place cooked dressing in a bowl, cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to stuff bird. Mixture is enough to stuff a 20 lb. bird.
