1 medium onion
Butter or oil
1 cup beef gravy
1 cup dry white wine
Salt and pepper to taste
Browned flour
Pinch of parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Chop 1 medium sized onion fine and brown in butter or small amount of oil. Add 1 cup of beef gravy and 1 cup of dry white wine. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer and thicken with browned flour. Add a pinch of finely chopped parsley. Serve.
