1 clove garlic
teaspoon salt
cup salad or olive oil
cup lemon juice
2 tablespoon grated onion
teaspoon black pepper
teaspoon dried thyme

Directions:
Directions:
Mash garlic salt in bowl, stir in remaining ingredients. Chill for 24 hours. Makes about cup. Can marinate chicken in sauce and use the remaining sauce for basting.
